Expanded Black PVC foam board is a lightweight, rigid PVC sheet that is lightweight, high-strength, and can be easily cleaned and fabricated.

PVC foam board is a rigid yet lightweight material commonly used in POP displays, signage, display boards and non-load-bearing applications. Due to its consistent cell structure, it is a good substrate for digital printing, screen printing, painting, laminating and vinyl lettering. Gokai’ PVC Foam Sheets come in a wide variety of colors and thicknesses. Standard sheet size is 48″ x 96″ with custom cut option available.

Foam PVC sheet is an extremely strong, durable material that is easily fabricated to support a variety of applications. PVC offers superior resistance to scuffs and scratches and is self-extinguishing achieving a class 1 fire rating.

As it is lightweight and offers a smooth finish, Foam PVC is typically used for signage, displays and exhibition stands. It readily accepts prints, paints, adhesive and decorative laminates.

Please note: Due to manufacturing and cutting tolerances, sheet length and width may vary by +/- 1/4″. Sheet thickness tolerances are +/- 10% and can vary throughout the sheet, but variations are typically less than 5%.
