Glossy PVC Board For Furniture is made by Co-extrusion process,which is an upgraded version of a normal extrusion process. Co-extruded foam board makes the sheet combined with three layers: two outer layers of rigid PVC, and the middle layer is foam PVC. Thanks to its rigid layers, is using the co-extrusion production process, which forms a sandwish board structure-the core is celluar pvc and the both outer skin is rigid pvc. Glossy PVC board for furniture is a lightweight,expanded rigid PVC foam board.Comparing with PVC celuka foam board, PVC co-extruded foam has more smoother and shiny surface.
